the story on this? I have never seen an Amphi with two steering

As I was looking throught the pictures I had a thought on the
drivers ed car and I am of the opinion that it is a Mailmans car it
could have been used by a rural route driver that had to deliver the
mail and had a lake route people on an island etc. Just a theory
