I want to thank whoever it was that suggested a dremil tool. I forgot
I even had one. Call me lazy or cheap, but the dremil idea sounded
better than paying someone to drive out that horrid outter wheel
race. I used the dremil to cut 2 holes behind the race to knock it
out. Afterwards I dressed the thing up with a stone and now the wheel
is ready for the next owner to easily change the next race. Just
waiting for the mail man to show up with the new parts.
