LARRY, THERE ARE 3 PLUGS ON THE TRANSMISSION... THE ONE ON THE WATER TRANS IS ON THE BACK OF THE WATERTRANS,IT ISNOT ON THE BOTTOM.. WHAT I DID WHEN I FIRST PULLED MY TRANS IS BUYTHREE GALLONS OF CHEAP GEAR LUBE AND BEING THAT THE TRANS ISNOT THAT HEAVYYOU CAN FILL IT, PLUG THE TOP FILLER HOLES WITH RAGS, PLUG THE AXLE HOLES WITH RAGSAND TURN IT EVERY WHICH WAY YOU CAN.. YOU CAN GET ALOT OF CRAP OUT THAT WAY...DRAIN AND REFILL AND DO THE SAME THING UNTIL FLUID IS CLEAR.. I FINALLY FILLED IT WITH STRAIGHT LUCAS AND IT IS SMOOTH AS SILK.. I ALSO CHANGED THE DOUBLE LIPPED SEALS AND THE IMPUT SHAFT SEAL...
