Well, I was at the lake today, ready to dive in with a crew of land lubbers,
when
BOOM, something in my clutch broke. No clutch whatsoever. I managed to get it
home (I hate shifting without a clutch, and so do the gears), and park it in the
garage. Looks like the cable is ok, and I could hear something rattling in the
bell housing on the way home, so I am betting that the pressure plate failed.
Crap. Time to pull the engine and tranny out, and find out just what croaked.
