Hugh and I were supposed to have the same price on these lines and I
goofed it up by not mentioning that the price on EBay will come to $75
with shipping as will the price on: http://www.amphicarparts.com. We
had a wonderful weekend at Lake Casitas. They had a seaplane fly-in
which included three Cessnas, two Lakes and a Republic. A guy walked up
to our Amphicar on the beach and asked for a ride - so I gave him one.
After we returned to shore he was getting out of the car and asked if I
would like a ride in his seaplane. Had a terrific ride around the lake
in a perfectly restored 1950 Cessna (bright yellow) with fixed pontoons.
