I have been looking at the front and rear brake pistons from my Amphi, and I
noticed what I first thought was a manufacturer's logo (on the face of the front
pistons and the wheel cylinders). The mark is "Azt", and I thought this must
have been the German manufacturer of brake parts.
But after a web search, all I could find was reference to a German
specifications organization, the Allianz Zentrum fur Technik, at:
http://www.allianz-azt.de/azt/index.html
http://www.princetonautobody.com/Docs/PDF/Allianze.pdf
So what was Azt, the logo of a German parts manufacturer, or is it a
"proof-mark" affixed to safety rated automotive parts?
