I bought a orange tear-drop shaped light at O'Reillys for a few bucks,
sawed the sides off of it, and it worked! I may have had to fool around
with it a little more, but not much. What with the cover and the base
gasket from Hugh, it looks and works just like new.

Rob,

I'm repainting the red and green of a used bow light and I'll have it
up on Ebay in a couple of days. It has some of that light crazing in
the plastic but it's a good looking bow light.

Good Day All, Some of you know of my split personality. Although I'm Amphicar
to the bone we are lucky to be the caretakers of some very special boats.
Check out west marine. They have a lot of bow lights that have a screw that
screws into the top of the bulb socket. Many will work for the Amphi.
We will have the Lone Star "Meteor" at Celina it is a boat with nice big fins
and headlights too. See you there, Tommy in Tampa
