body repairs

Eventually I am going to be needing new quarter panels (for my car)
and was wondering if anyone in the Pacific NW or Nocal had any
recommendations for a good repair shop. The few places I have talked
to in the PDX metro area don't want to have anything to do with a
steel boat. Go figure.

Glen,

If it's not to far away, Tacoma, WA by McChord AFB, try IMAGE Auto Body & Paint Center, Dave Cline. 253-581-1822 I have talked to him and he is willing to work on an Amphi.

Good Luck!

Yes, very close. Has he done anything for you? I figure that I could motor most the way there via the rivers. Less than 40 miles on the odometer. Sweet! I just hate that I-5 traffic.

Glen,

10-4 on the I-5 traffic! No, he has not done any work for me. He is used by some of the used auto dealers. He used to race stock cars and did all his own body & painting. Said he was willing if I needed anything. The problem is you don't want to drive up for nothing. Suggest you call him. Mabe you can E-mail him pics and he can give you an idea.

And if your car has lips you can cut down on the body shop labor by
buying the rear quarter panels from Dave the Wave. They are getting
great reviews.
