Billy could use help

I don't know who, if anyone, is close enough to
assist, but Bill needs all the help he can get to
retrieve the car. I know the video makes it look
really bad, but it's not as bad as it looks from
overhead. About 50' from where amphi is, the water is
almost still.

Here's what he needs:
A modestly powerful boat to anchor the car and give it
the "big" pull off the rock.
Once it's in the water, there will be lines attached
to it, any guys who are helping him will pull the car,
with the boat keeping it from going with the current,
out of the current and into the still water.
From there, if he can get it started, the rest will be
easy.
