I was supposed to be the proud new owner of a '64 Amphi by this time,
but after I spent tons of time trying to book a whirlwind trip across
the country to "view before purchasing" the guy took it off the
market telling me that "my wife talked me out of selling".
So, I am back in the market seeking my very own Amphi. I have been
wanting one since seeing them on the dealer's stand in a car show in
Brooks Hall, San Francisco around 1968.
I've seen a few over the years, but I can afford one now, I hope. I am
NOT a mechanic so I want one that is good all round condition to start
with but not immaculate for I fear I can't afford that and secondly I
don't want a show car that I will be afraid to park anywhere.
I welcome anyone who knows of a car for sale that fits my parameters
contacting me directly off-list at: sg-c@pacbell.net
