Hello all Amphicars and Amphicar Lovers:
In beautiful Southern California, one Swim-In is just not enough, so
please add another fun floating day to your calendar and come join us.
WHEN: Saturday, May 4, 2002 10:00am to whenever!!
WHERE: Puddingstone Lake at Bonelli Park in San Dimas
This reservoir is located in a pretty and convenient setting adjacent
to the Pomona Fairgrounds, near the intersection of the 10 and 210/57
freeways. For specific directions to the park, call (909) 599-8411
There are picnic tables and facilities. Camping is available nearby,
however camping reservations tend to fill up WAY in advance, so keep
that in mind.
If you are driving your Amphicar, the cost will be $6.00 to launch.
Additional vehicles are also charged $6.00 to park. At the gate they
will ask you to prove that you have all the necessary boat safety
equipment like lifejackets, fire extinguishers, horn, etc.
Tell your friends! Come with or without an Amphicar! Have fun!
