First off I would like to thank everyone for the encouragement and
help. Starting with Doug Parsons who was the first member I talked to
and encouraged me to restore my car.(it had been stored for 26 years
and was a roll over from a junk yard)
Then there is persons like Mike Echemann,John Bevins,Marc Schlemmer
and of course Dave the Wave for driving him crazy with the questions
I had.
Actually every posting on the list has added to my being able to
restore this car. I wish to thank each and every one of you.
Yesterday afternoon Doug met me at the local reservoir and we got a
chance to swim my car for the first time( what a blast). Sorry its
been so long to post this but I had a seal leaking on the clutch so
after church I pulled the motor and replaced the seal and throwout
bearing, and yes I took it for a test drive this evening and it runs
great. Now I'm ready to swim again. I will post a picture in the
files section.
Thanks again

Congrats Mike! I am soooo very happy for you! Another car saved from
the junkyard and from the pictures, she is a beauty! You owe me a
ride! This time you will have to pay attention to the road instead of
the "crowd" in the parade! ;)
