Amphicar Paint Formulas Followup

    As promised to this List, below is the response I received from the good
    folks over at PPG Coatings Automotive Paints Division and their Color
    Library staff. Their message just below contains the exact formulas needed
    to reproduce three of the four original Amphicar colors, Beach White (Strand
    Wei?), Regatta Red (Regatta Rot) and Lagoon Blue (Lagun Blau) using their
    "Global" line of automotive paints. I don't know why Fjord Green (Fjord
    Gr?n, Ditzler Code 43785) was not included in their list below, but I will
    follow up with them and then follow up with all of you.
