Amphicar.net

I don't know if .net is going away or not. That and the .com site were initiated by Bilgmiester (Bill Connely) and I used his base to grow the .com (9 pages at the time) site to 95% of what it is today (about 140 pages). Sadly I am not involved with the .com site any longer (long story if you're interested). As far as the .net site, you'll have to talk to Bill about it's fate.

Did I miss a post about amphicar.net going away? Or is there just a temporary problem?

Ditto here too. I was so very excited that I FINALLY was able to post
on our group e-mail & on Fri. I got a note that said I wasn't able to
post anything. Help. What's up? Ina

That's a real shame if it is gone! There was a bunch of good info there. I think reading Al Heath's site was my first exposure to the process of restoring an Amphicar!

It still shows as registered to Bilgey via a whois lookup.* My guess is that it either got hacked or a server failure.* Hopefully Bilgey or someone has it backed up.

Inna, Amphicar.net is a seperate site from this one (amphicar770.com).*
