Lane Motor Museum will charge an admission of $5 for adults and $3 for seniors
and will be free to people under 18.

It will feature a variety of vehicles, including a 1964 Amphicar, which can
travel on highways and waterways.

" I've been a car enthusiast all my life, " said Lane, who owns Lane Change
Vending Inc. of Nashville.

His family owns an automotive parts manufacturing company in Michigan, and he
worked on his father's car collection in the summers when he was a teen.

"The collection includes six models of the Tatra, a Czechoslovakian car, 16
models of French automaker Citroen dating between 1924 and 1982, and a two-seat
car made in 1957 by German aircraft manufacturer Messerschmidt, which looks like
a plane's fuselage.

They are stored in several different buildings in Nashville, and Lane wanted to
put them under one roof.

Between 80 and 100 of the cars are in working condition.

That would be Jeff Lane. The car is a nice red 64 which was sold new in WI.
spent most of it's life in Marion, Ohio prior to going to Nashville. I
think Jeff has that large british floating Stallworth too. (sp)?
