The above link shows the book I am speaking of on eBay. Someone paid
$85 or so for one just weeks ago (DOH!). They are available through
Peter at PMilbankJ @ aol.com (REMOVE SPACES) in the UK for $24.95
including airmail postage. He accepts plastic too. I am not
affiliated with him, I just ordered one and thought others would like
one for thier library. Tell him I sent ya!
