I talked to Hugh last night and he told me that the car that sold was
restored and sold by Thomas Maruska and that Roger was also at the
auction but it wasn't his car. The fact that the auction write up
shows it to have been done by "tbirdsquare" (Maruska) also fits.
Hugh said he has no plan to raise prices or change anything at this
time.
I don't understand all the concerns by folks about this unusual
auction. I think it's about time that our unusual cars got a little
respect from the car folks. They certainly get respect from most of
the public.
