Amphi w/ a flybridge

I was driving home today thinking (strictly in humor) of the many
various ways Amphi could be done and I was thinking, water limo, full
bimini, to give you that "Fantasy Island feel" and then I thought,
Flybridge! what a stupid concept! I would hate to see something so
hideous as that on an Amphi but has anyone ever thought of what could
be done to an Amphi? Please, share any thoughts. Has anyone ever
attempted or succesfully completed a custom Amphi? I love to create
and have always loved a challenge if it weren't too stupid. Surely,
I'm not the only one, or am I? Bobby

<font face="Arial" size="2">I own two Amphicars and have given serious thought of a fly bridge installed on one. I even bent some sample tubing at work and brought it home and had the wife hold it up to see what it would look like. I liked what I saw and still may do it some day. What got me going on the idea was fighting with the rag top frame up and down. Stupid, hideous?I don't think so. It's your car after all. Put a tank turret on top if you want, paint it camo and rig it so it shoots water balloons!</font>
