Charles - I received an e-mail you addressed to me on the Amphicar-Lovers
site referring to wheel cylinders and a Master cylinder. I have no
knowledge of what you referred to and do not have parts for sale. I only went about
procuring the artwork and can provide the Amphicar Patches in the 4
factory colors as shown in the ad on the Amphicar site. Incidentally, I
appreciate your Microcar & Minicar Event invitation. Unfortunately, we cannot
attend, though we would love to. We worked it in the last time in a round robin
extended trip which included Nova Scotia. Even then, we had to forego a
Moxie Celebration in Lisbon Falls, Maine, which took place at the same time
and which I have wanted to attend as I am a Moviemobile fan. Are you
familiar at all with Moxie or what I refer to when I mention Moxiemobiles or Moxie
cars? There was a time in the mid twenties when the Moxie drink outsold
Coca Cola. It is still available, though not widely advertised or
distributed. Anyway, as you can appreciate, from Florida, the events in the
northeast are a bit far away. Your show which we attended was really nice and we
greatly enjoyed your hospitality and the whole event that we attended. My
ride in the Peel Trident was memorable as was following it on the road at 40
mph.
