I was going south on Hwy 151 towards Madison WI. from Fon Du
Lac. I felt a chill, the sound of trumpets, the smell of old bildge
in the air. I looked out my drivers window and shure enough across
the median and going north was a red Amphi on a open trailer looking
for open water to fresh'in up the bildge. I about turned left to do
a "trooper looper" in the median but I knew the 3/4 ton service van
with a v-6 couldn't catch low fly'in bildge. Just wondered who it was
and where it was going.
Had a great lunch with Gord in Madison Monday. His "hairy" mud
flap wasn't dragg'in on the asphalt any more as he headed west.
