Amphi & Enron - The Answer...
Of the 4 honorable guesses given I can't say
any of them really pegged the phrase I was
looking for, although each nibbles around
the perimeter. Note: my answer isn't meant
to enrage any part of the Amphi population
or diminish the gravity of the Enron fiasco.
