Well, if nothing else, the hot pink interior gives
Dave's blazing yellow a run for the money.

I have not seen this vehicle but will reiterate that
for $50k any Amphi should be in spectacular condition.
Either an amazing NOS example or a truly 1st class
restoration.

I do not know who the seller is on this one or if they
are on the list. I would certainly say that if they
hope to get that kind of money for an Amphi that there
should be dozens of photos, not just 3-4.

I can not tell from the photos for certain but
something looks wrong with the raised lips on the rear
quarters. On the one side it looks like they kept the
lip going back part way and then went with flat panels
over part of the wheel well and on back. If this is
the case, I think seller will need to be dropping
price by about $15-$20k if they hope to see that first
bid.

Mike - I almost spit my morning cereal all over the screen! Maybe that
Amphi comes with $25k cash in the glovebox? I noticed the missing lips
too. Yes another example of somone who has misguided pricing
information. Someday they will be there, but not today! I wish them
the best of luck.

The nuetered grey parts Amphi on eBay (with the fins removed) is one I
have been speaking with the owner over is another example. He promised
me several times he would talk with me first before selling it. I
contacted him 3 months ago about it. But his true self showed when I
saw it on eBay. He thinks it is worth lots too. The car is rusty
beyond repair (even the headlight rings are rusted through and 50%
gone) and few parts will be salvageable. It has sat outside for 10+
years. I hope nobody bids on it's inflated prices and then maybe he
will be a man of his word and sell it to me for the offer I already
made on it.
